At Artistry Concept, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products with a comprehensive warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Our warranty includes a minimum of 10-years coverage on plywood furniture, focusing on structural integrity and durability, and a 1-year warranty on hinges, channels, and false ceilings. This warranty addresses issues such as warping or structural failure but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper construction or accidents. To keep the warranty valid, customers should adhere to the provided care and maintenance instructions. The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery or installation, whichever is later.

 1.2 Service Policy
At Artistry Concept, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction beyond the initial service. Our service policy includes 1 year of free service for hinges, channels, tandem boxes, handles, false ceilings, and plumbing. During this period, our skilled technicians will address any issues due to normal use at no additional cost. Please note that damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence is not covered and will incur charges based on the extent of the damage and materials required.

 2. Project Execution

 2.1 Design and Modifications

Artistry Concept values clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the design process. Before any work begins, clients are required to review and approve all designs. This approval process ensures that the final product aligns perfectly with the client's vision and expectations. Once designs are approved, any subsequent changes or modifications requested by the client will incur additional charges. These charges will be based on the extent of the modifications and any additional materials or labor required. However, Artistry Concept takes full responsibility for the accurate execution of approved designs. In the event that any aspect of our work does not match the agreed-upon specifications, we commit to rectifying these discrepancies at no extra cost to the client. This policy underscores our dedication to delivering exactly what our clients envision and approve.

 2.2 Timeline

Artistry Concept strives to complete projects efficiently without compromising on quality. Our standard project duration is typically between 35 to 40 days from the date of design approval and initial payment. This timeline allows for thorough craftsmanship, quality checks, and proper installation. However, it's important to note that this timeline may be subject to variation based on the complexity and scale of the project. While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as material shortages or unforeseen construction challenges. Additionally, any delays caused by client-side issues, such as delayed approvals, changes in design, or site readiness, are not considered the responsibility of Artistry Concept and may extend the overall project timeline. We maintain open communication throughout the project to keep clients informed of progress and any potential timeline adjustments.

 2.3 Quality Assurance

At Artistry Concept, quality is paramount in every aspect of our work. To ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, we employ craftsmen with a minimum of 10 years of experience in their respective fields. This wealth of experience translates into superior workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to handle even the most complex design challenges. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the initial installation. We have a robust quality assurance process in place, which includes thorough inspections at various stages of the project. In the unlikely event that any quality issues are identified, either during the project or after completion, we pledge to address these promptly and effectively. Our team will assess the issue, develop a suitable solution, and implement the necessary corrections or improvements at no additional cost to the client. This commitment ensures that the final product not only meets but exceeds our clients' expectations for quality and durability.

 3. Financial Terms

 3.1 Payment Options

Artistry Concept offers flexible payment options to accommodate our clients' preferences and financial planning. Clients can choose between two primary payment structures:

1. One-time payment: This option requires the full amount to be paid before work commencement. It's ideal for clients who prefer to handle the financial aspect of the project upfront.

2. Three-part payment: This structured payment plan is designed to align with project milestones:

  • The initial payment is due before work starts, securing the project slot and allowing us to procure necessary materials.

  • The second payment is to be made within 15 days of work commencement, coinciding with significant progress in the project.

  • The final payment is due upon project completion, after the client has had the opportunity to inspect and approve the work.

To ensure convenience, we accept multiple payment methods including cash, UPI, or cheque. Each payment must be made in full by the agreed-upon due date to avoid any delays in the project timeline. We provide official receipts for all payments received, ensuring transparency and proper documentation throughout the financial process.

 3.2 Refund Policy

Artistry Concept maintains a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been processed. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources upon payment receipt. Once funds are received, we begin the process of material procurement, labor allocation, and project scheduling, all of which incur non-recoverable costs. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, while a refund may not be possible, we are committed to working with our clients to find mutually beneficial solutions. This may include project modifications, credit for future services, or other arrangements that address the client's concerns while respecting the investments already made in the project.

 3.3 Pricing Transparency

Artistry Concept is committed to full pricing transparency. The quotation provided and agreed upon at the outset of the project is comprehensive and includes all anticipated costs. We guarantee that there will be no hidden or extra charges beyond this agreed quotation. This commitment ensures that our clients can proceed with their projects with full confidence in the financial aspects. The only circumstance under which additional charges may be incurred is if the client requests modifications or additions to the original project scope. In such cases, we will provide a clear breakdown of any additional costs before proceeding with the changes, allowing the client to make an informed decision. This policy of transparency extends to all aspects of our pricing, including materials, labor, and any specialized services required for the project.
 

 4. Customer Rights and Benefits

 4.1 Material Information

Artistry Concept respects our customers' right to be fully informed about the products and materials used in their projects. Upon request, customers have the right to receive detailed information about all materials and products utilized in their project. This information may include specifics about the type of wood, laminates, hardware, and other materials used, as well as their sources and quality grades. We believe that this transparency not only builds trust but also empowers our customers to make informed decisions about their living spaces. Our team is always ready to provide explanations about why certain materials were chosen and how they contribute to the overall quality and durability of the finished product. This open approach to information sharing reflects our commitment to customer education and satisfaction.

 4.2 Post-Completion Support

Artistry Concept's commitment to customer satisfaction extends well beyond the completion of a project. We offer 24/7 free support for a period of 1 years following project completion. This comprehensive support covers minor adjustments and consultations, ensuring that our clients continue to enjoy their custom spaces to the fullest. Whether it's a question about maintaining the furniture, a need for small adjustments, or advice on caring for the installations, our team is just a call away. This service is designed to address any small issues that may arise from normal use, helping to maintain the aesthetics and functionality of our work. It's important to note that while this service covers minor issues, major repairs or modifications may incur additional charges. Our support team is trained to provide clear guidance on whether a particular request falls under this free support or would require additional services.

 4.3 Completion Gift

As a token of our appreciation for choosing Artistry Concept, we have a special surprise for our clients upon project completion. Each client receives a carefully selected gift. The exact nature and value of the gift may vary based on the project scope and other factors, but it is always chosen to complement the client's new space or enhance their living experience. This gesture is our way of celebrating the successful completion of the project and the beginning of the client's enjoyment of their newly designed space. The gift is presented during the final walkthrough of the completed project, adding an element of delight to the project conclusion.

 4.4 Referral Program

Artistry Concept values the trust our clients place in us and appreciates when they recommend our services to others. To show our gratitude, we offer a generous referral program. Clients can earn 2-3% of the total work value for each successful referral that results in a completed project. There is no limit to the number of referrals a client can make, allowing for potentially significant rewards. The referral bonus is paid after the referred project is completed and final payment is received. This program not only rewards our satisfied customers but also helps us expand our clientele through trusted recommendations. The exact percentage of the referral bonus may vary based on the size and nature of the referred project, and will be clearly communicated at the time of the referral.

Artistry Concept reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. These updates may be necessary to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes to these terms will typically apply to new projects or services initiated after the update. For ongoing projects, the terms and conditions agreed upon at the start of the project will generally remain in effect unless otherwise mutually agreed.
